Shabbat Mispacha & Shabbat Shelanu
These unique family services are held each month during the school year, from September to June. Thanks to the Schelberg Family Shabbat Birthday Fund, all children 12 and under who celebrate their birthday in that particular month will receive a Jewish book.
6 - 6:30 PM: Shabbat Mishpacha service led by Temple Clergy for families with children ages 0 – 6. Shabbat Shelanu service led by Temple Clergy for families with children 7 – 12. If you have a child in Shabbat Mishpacha, your 7-12 year old may attend this service alone.
6:30 PM: Festive Shabbat dinner with your whole family, a great way to begin Shabbat, sharing a delicious meal with other members of your Temple family. Dinner reservations are required and must me made one week prior to the service.

7 - 8 PM: The Hodari Family Children’s Library is open for children to color, play games, and checkout books, CDs, and DVDs. Program geared toward 7-12 year olds in room #24 with Family Educator, Marissa Murphy
Birkat Yeladim - Blessing of the Children (Consecration)
A Family Education Program for First Grade students and their parents.
Celebrate Sukkot and the beginning of our children’s Jewish education with a wonderful morning of study, song and blessings. Our 1st grade students receive a special gift of a Torah and participate in a special Sukkot Blessing service. Children march into the sanctuary and are blessed by the Clergy at this important life cycle event.
