Join the Adamah Detroit and bring in Shabbat with a guided nature walk through Dodge #4 State Park in Waterford. We’ll see old friends, meet new colleagues, and feel the calming and restorative impacts of time outside together. The walk will include an opening and closing circle at the Beach parking lot, and a teaching on Jewish environmental wisdom offered by Rabbi Josh Bennett. Please dress for the weather, we’ll walk snow or shine!

Bring any water and snacks you may need.

Bathrooms are available in parking lot and at the midpoint of our walk. The terrain is uneven and mostly flat, with one moderate hill. It may be slippery if there’s snow. We will walk at a slower pace together, and our total walking time will be about 20-30 minutes.
