"They Must be Whole": THE COUNTING OF THE OMER, AND WHAT DOES IT HAVE TO DO WITH US

Join us for a special lunch session with Rabbi Dalia Marx, Ph.D., the Rabbi Aaron D. Panken Professor of Liturgy and Midrash at HUC-JIR’s Taube Family Campus in Jerusalem. A renowned teacher and author, Rabbi Marx brings wisdom, insight, and inspiration to communities around the world.

In this engaging session, she’ll guide us through the spiritual practice of Counting the Omer and explore its meaning in our modern lives.

Rabbi Marx is the author of From Time to Time: Journeys in the Jewish Calendar and editor of T’filat HaAdam, the Israeli Reform prayer book. We are honored to welcome her to the Detroit area for a day of learning, community, and celebration.
