The Caregiver Connection

A Support Group for those caring for a family member, friend, or loved one. Join us in a safe and supportive space to share your experiences, find encouragement, and connect with others who understand the challenges of caregiving.
 

Facilitated by Eleanor Barron MSW, the group’s goal is to provide a space for caregivers to share their experiences, learn about resources, and discuss practical strategies for caring for a loved one. This is a confidential, judgment-free zone intended to let you vent and ask questions. ome of the topics covered will include: How to avoid isolation and loneliness, prevent caregiver burnout, and reduce stress. This group will help you boost you caregiving confidence, improve your mental health, and most importantly, gain a sense of community.
