Wayne Health Mobile Unit, in partnership with Temple Israel & Partners, will host FREE:

• Diabetes, Cholesterol and Kidney Function Screening Blood Pressure Screening
• Vital Signs
• COVID-19 Vaccinations & Boosters (5+ years old in compliance with FDA/CDC regulations)
• COVID- Testing (3+ years old)
• Influenza Vaccinations

Insurance Is Not Required. We will collect insurance information, if available, but you will not be billed.

No ID Required & No Appointment Needed.

Other services that may be available are:

• HIV testing (13+ years old, results within 20 minutes)
• Linkage to care and community resources
• Mental health screenings, and/or linkage to mental health resources and care
