Daddy Daughter Dance

Share a fun-filled evening with your daughter!  Enjoy dinner, dancing & crafts.  $36 for adults - kids are free!  Ages appropriate for children 6 and under.  Any special person is welcome to attend in lieu of a parent, and everyone is welcome.

Passover Magic Moments- (9:00 am-12:30 pm Preschool) & (10:45 am to 12:00 Kindergarten)

This is a wonderful opportunity for a parent or special person to enjoy a morning at school with their little one.  There will be classroom activities along with the story of Passover from the Haggahah.  Don't miss this "magic moment" with your child!

MS Path Support Group - Meeting

MS PATH Support Group

The MS PATH (Positive Attitude Toward Health) meets on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month from 7-9 pm in Classroom 11.  A support group takes place on the 2nd Thursday and there is generally a speaker present on the 4th Thursday.  This group is designed for those with MS as well as family members and/or caregivers.

Transgender Parent Support Group

Dr. Melissa Farrell, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, and Roz Keith transgender advocate, will facilitate this ongoing group intended to give parents of transgender youth a place to learn, share, and better understand what it means to raise a transgender child.  This group offers a safe and warm environment to share and discover how to travel this journey with your child.  Join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month.

Jayne Rowse and April DeBoer were simply looking to overturn the law that would allow them to adopt their children.  But on the recommendation of U.S. District Judge Bernard Friedman, the Hazel Park couple's lawyers launched a frontal assult on the legal barrier that prevents them from jointly adopting - Michigan's constitutional amendment that prohibits same-sex couples from marrying.
